Cleveland Synergy Foundation

Cleveland has the honor and privilege to be one of three finalist cities bidding to host the international
2014 Gay Games! The Federation of Gay Games’ Site Selection Committee will be in Cleveland and
Akron July 30 – August 3, 2009 to tour the Northeast Ohio region.
The committee’s visit will be our time to show the world that our community embraces the Gay Games.
Please join us as we celebrate Cleveland’s bid for the 2014 Gay Games at “Frivolity” – our community
party to be held Friday, July 31, 2009, 8pm, at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
The Cleveland Synergy Foundation Council with Positively Cleveland; the City of Cleveland; Cuyahoga
County Commissioners; and the Akron/Summit Convention and Visitor’s Bureau will host this night of
music and entertainment to kickoff the site tour. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to uplift our
community and show vigorous support for Cleveland’s bid to host the 2014 Gay Games, an important
social and economic development initiative.
To attend “Frivolity”, please print this page for presentation at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and
Museum. Be ready to ‘Rock and Roll’ and show your support for hosting the 2014 Gay Games in
Cleveland. This is your chance to tell the world, “My Games Rock!”
This is a free event; please present a copy of the invitation for admission to “Frivolity”. All paper
invitations collected from this event will be recycled. For more information please call: 216.583.0833.
